I'm Trinh Reyes, and I'm thrilled to connect with you. As a licensed therapist, my purpose is to guide individuals along their path of healing and transformation. Credentials and Heartfelt Dedication

My journey started with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Human Development from California State University East Bay. I continued to grow with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from California State University East Bay, culminating in my Clinical Social Work License in 2014. And let's not forget, I'm EMDR trained, a tool I'm excited to share with you.

Individual Therapy:

I'm here to guide you through a healing journey that takes your whole self into account.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Together, we'll untangle thoughts and behaviors that can make life tough. With teamwork, CBT helps you build better ways of thinking and acting to feel better emotionally.

Solution-Focused Therapy: Let's focus on your strengths and skills. By setting achievable goals and creating practical strategies, we'll overcome challenges and create a more positive life.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): EMDR is like a healing tool. Using techniques like eye movements, we'll process past traumas, weave in resilience, and nurture emotional healing.

Couple Therapy:

For couples, I provide a safe space to nurture your connection and understanding.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): With EFT, we explore your emotions together. By better understanding and managing these feelings, we can strengthen communication and intimacy in your relationship.

Gottman Method: This method equips couples with practical tools to strengthen their relationship and navigate conflicts. Focused on building trust and emotional attunement, it's about creating a strong partnership.

Family Therapy:

In family therapy, I facilitate open conversations and offer tools to bring families closer.

Narrative Therapy: Think of us as storytellers, rewriting family stories to honor each person's journey. By looking at challenges from different angles, we'll build family unity.

Structural Family Therapy: We'll look at how your family interacts and make changes where needed. With better boundaries and communication, we'll create a healthier

family dynamic.
